Enrollment covers Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care organizations, and for FQHCs we add HRSA audit readiness, FTCA compliance support, and Medicaid wraparound strategy.
Once we have what we need from the provider, our side of a credentialing file is typically done in 5 to 10 days. From there the payers set the pace. Medicare may run approximately 30 to 45 days for a clean application, Medicaid and managed care timelines vary by state and plan and may take longer, and commercial carriers generally run 90 to 120 days. We file clean, follow up weekly, and escalate applications that stall, and we never quote a payer's timeline as a guarantee.
Practices from 2 to more than 100 providers in billing-complex specialties, including cardiology, dermatology, podiatry, rheumatology, urgent care, behavioral health, chiropractic, primary care, pain management, and ENT, along with federally qualified health centers, multi-state telehealth groups, and locum tenens agencies.
